Why We're Opening Airflow Slowly — Our Early-Access Approach

What is Airflow? Airflow turns booking data from any channel into structured records, draft invoices, and a clear dashboard. No manual entry. No spreadsheets. No switching between tabs.

We're opening up — but not the way you might expect.

Most platforms launch with a big splash. A waitlist. A countdown timer. We're doing the opposite.

Airflow is in early access, and we're starting small — deliberately. We're onboarding a focused group of booking businesses to help us test, break, and refine the platform before we open the doors to everyone.

Why a deliberate rollout?

Because we want to get it right. Airflow connects your booking channels, payments, and accounting into one calm system. That's a lot of moving parts. Email parsing, draft invoices in your accounting software, Stripe payments, multi-currency support — every piece needs to work reliably before we invite the world in.

A smaller early-access group lets us:

  • Fix issues quickly. With a focused group, we can respond to every report personally and ship fixes the same day.
  • Shape the product around real needs. Your workflow is unique. During early access, your requests carry real weight — we don't have thousands of users to balance against. If something would make your life easier, we can build it.
  • Build trust before scale. We'd rather have a small group of users who love the platform than a large one that merely tolerates it.

What does early access mean in practice?

It means the platform works — bookings are processed, draft invoices are generated, dashboards are live. But there will be rough edges. A button that doesn't quite do what you expect. An email that could be clearer. A report that's missing a column you need.

That's where you come in. Every piece of feedback helps us improve. And because the user base is small right now, changes happen fast. Features you request today could be live tomorrow.

What do you get?

  • Three months free. Early-access signups get their first 3 months free, applied automatically at checkout. A card is required to validate your identity, but you won't be charged during the free period.
  • Direct access to the team. Report issues, suggest features, or just tell us what's confusing. We read everything.
  • A platform shaped by your input. The tools we build during early access become the foundation for everyone who follows. Your needs define the product.

Who is this for?

Right now, we're focused on booking-based businesses willing to try something new — holiday rentals, boat charters, salons, tour operators. If you take bookings and want less admin, this is for you.

Anyone can sign up on the site, but during early access we're giving this smaller group personal attention to make sure the experience is solid.

There will be issues. We'll fix them.

We're not pretending early access means perfect. It means we're confident enough to let real businesses use it, and honest enough to say we're still building. If something breaks, tell us. We'll fix it — often within hours.

This is the best time to get involved. The platform is malleable. Your voice matters more now than it ever will again.
