When you connect a service, Airflow uses secure OAuth or API keys to sync only the data needed to manage your bookings. You can disconnect any service at any time.
Google Sheets
Syncs your booking data to a designated spreadsheet for live reporting and backup. We only access the specific spreadsheet you connect — no other files in your Drive.
Google Calendar
Reads your calendar to check availability and prevent double bookings. Writes confirmed bookings as events. We only access calendars you explicitly connect.
Gmail
Reads incoming booking confirmation emails to automatically extract guest details, dates, and pricing. We only process booking-related messages — never personal emails.
Xero & QuickBooks
Creates draft invoices from confirmed bookings with the correct line items, taxes, and currency. Reconciles payments when they arrive. Read and write access to invoices and contacts only.
