How it works
Bookings reach Airflow when you forward your confirmation emails (Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, direct or website) to your unique Airflow address, or connect Gmail or Outlook so Airflow scans for them. AI extracts the guest, dates and pricing into a structured booking record, including modifications and cancellations. With the Operations addon, a new booking can spawn turnover and pre-arrival tasks for your team, assigned with the right deadlines. With the guest email automations addon, welcome and check-in emails can be scheduled relative to check-in or check-out. Each runs from settings you configure once, so your operation stays consistent whether you manage five properties or five hundred. When a booking is modified or cancelled, the related tasks and scheduled emails update accordingly.
