Configure your messages once, and Airflow sends them automatically for future bookings. The addon ships switched off by default, so you turn on what you want. Each email can include dynamic fields — guest name, property address, check-in details and more. Emails are sent over your connected channel, falling back from Gmail to Outlook to Airflow's own mail, so they reach the guest reliably. You stay in control with preview and pause. Before an email sends you can preview what the guest will see, and you can pause the schedule for an individual booking and handle it yourself.
