Deep Insights for Every Property
Drill into individual property performance with detailed metrics on revenue, occupancy, expenses, and guest satisfaction. Understand exactly how each property in your portfolio is performing and where there is room to improve.
How it works
The property overview gives you a performance page for every property in your portfolio. At a glance, you see key metrics: revenue, occupancy, average nightly rate and booking pace. Drill into any metric to see the underlying bookings. Each property page includes a booking calendar showing confirmed, pending and blocked dates. Revenue breaks down by source — direct bookings, marketplace, forwarded OTA bookings and fees. Reporting is by property, source, period and currency, so you can see exactly how each property is performing. For property managers reporting to owners, the property overview feeds owner statements. Show owners how their property performed and how it compares with others in your portfolio.
