Team Collaboration & Invitations

Airflow Integrated — Your hosting operation doesn't run alone. Invite your team, assign roles, and everyone sees exactly what they need.

Built for teams

Whether you're a solo host with a cleaning manager, or a property company with a full team, Airflow supports multiple users per organisation with role-based access.

Roles and access levels

Every team member has one of three roles:

Owner

  • Full access to all settings, bookings, billing, and connections
  • Can invite and remove team members
  • Can manage subscription and payment methods
  • One owner per organisation (transferable)

Manager

  • Can view and manage bookings, guests, and communications
  • Can update resource settings and pricing
  • Can view reports and activity logs
  • Cannot change billing, subscription, or team membership

Staff

  • Scoped to their assigned properties, with per-area permissions you set
  • View the calendar and arrivals/departures; complete checklists and turnovers in the Team Portal
  • No access to revenue, billing, or guest financials by default
  • Ideal for check-in staff, cleaners, or virtual assistants

Inviting, removing, and changing the role of team members is owner-only. Managers run the day-to-day but can't change who's on the team.

Inviting team members

  1. Go to Team in your organisation settings
  2. Enter the team member's email address
  3. Select their role (Manager or Staff)
  4. Click Send Invitation

The invitee receives a magic link email. When they click it, they're added to your organisation with the assigned role. No password setup required.

How access works

Each team member gets their own login (magic link to their email). When they log in, they see only the organisations they belong to. The context switcher shows their accessible properties.

Role-based visibility is enforced throughout the portal:

  • Menu items are shown or hidden based on role
  • Settings pages are read-only for staff
  • Billing and subscription pages are owner-only
  • Managers see full booking and guest information; staff see the operational details scoped to their assigned properties

Multi-organisation teams

A single person can belong to multiple organisations. This is common for property managers who manage rentals for different owners. Each organisation has its own team, settings, and billing — completely separate.
