Managing Your Account & Profile
Getting set up — Your account is the foundation of your Airflow experience. A complete profile helps your guests, your team, and your account tools work better for you.
Your profile is your identity
When you first log in to Airflow, you'll want to complete your profile. This is the information that appears on emails sent to guests, on your booking website, and in your team's view of your account.
What to set up
Personal details
- Full name — used in guest communications and team views
- Email address — your primary contact and magic link login
- Phone number — optional, shown to guests when configured
- Display photo — your avatar across the portal
Login & security
Airflow uses magic links — no passwords to remember or manage. When you need to log in, enter your email and click the link sent to your inbox. Each link is valid for one session and expires automatically.
Your session token carries your identity, organisation, and resource access. Switching between organisations generates a fresh token.
Display preferences
- Display currency — choose how monetary values appear throughout your portal (independent of your accounting currency)
- Timezone — affects how dates and times are shown
Organisation membership
Your account can belong to multiple organisations. Each organisation has its own properties, bookings, and settings. You can switch between organisations using the context switcher in the top menu.
Account vs Organisation settings
Your account settings are personal to you — name, email, display preferences. They follow you across all organisations you belong to.
Organisation settings are shared — business name, branding, accounting connections, plan tier. These are managed separately on the Organisation Settings page.
