Getting Started
How do I sign up for Airflow?
Click "Get Started" anywhere on the site. You'll choose a plan, enter your details, and be guided through setup. The whole process takes less than 2 minutes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts start with a free trial. You get full access to all features on your chosen plan. Billing starts when your trial ends. Cancel anytime during the free period at no cost. See our pricing page for current rates.
What do I need to get started?
Just an email address and a payment method. Once your account is created, our setup wizard guides you through adding your first property, importing your existing online property listings, and connecting your accounting tools. Most people are fully set up within 5 minutes.
Can I use Airflow if I only have one property?
Absolutely. Whether you manage 1 property or 50, Airflow saves you time on admin, accounting, and guest communication at any scale. The Starter plan is built for single-property owners.

What platforms does Airflow connect to?
Airflow recognises booking emails from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, and HomeExchange — forward them to your unique Airflow address, or connect Gmail or Outlook and we'll scan for them automatically. For accounting, connect Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or FreshBooks. Payments run through Stripe, or Paystack (with M-Pesa) for Kenyan hosts, and you can export to Google Sheets or CSV. You can also accept direct bookings through your own Airflow booking page.
Can I manage multiple properties?
Yes. Each property is added as a resource within your organisation. Bookings, accounting, and guest conversations are tracked per property but visible together in your dashboard. Starter includes 1 resource, Growth 3, Pro 10, and Business 25 — and you can add extra resources anytime ($9/mo each on Growth, $8 on Pro, $7 on Business). For larger portfolios, our Scale plan includes 60 resources from $599/mo.
How does the accounting sync work?
When a booking is processed, Airflow creates a categorised draft invoice in your accounting platform — Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or FreshBooks — with the correct line items, taxes, and fees. With Xero, payouts arriving in your bank feed reconcile against your invoices.
Can I run multiple independent businesses?
Yes. Each Airflow account supports multiple organisations, each with its own properties, financials, accounting connections, and team members. Run a lodge in one org and a guesthouse in another — completely separate books, one login.
Billing
How much does Airflow cost?
Airflow offers four plans — Starter, Growth, Pro, and Business — each with different property limits, team seats, and monthly actions, plus a Scale plan for large portfolios. Visit our pricing page for current rates and plan comparison.
What is an Airflow Action?
Actions power automated booking operations, guest workflows, financial processing, and account activity across your organisation. Each operation uses one action: a forwarded booking email, a generated report, or a Google Sheets sync. Settings changes, calendar updates, and dashboard views are always free.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel whenever you like and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
What's the commission on direct bookings?
6% on direct bookings through your Airflow booking page, or 12% from our Airflow Stay marketplace — compare that to 15-20% on other booking platforms. Payments are processed instantly to your bank account via Stripe, or Paystack (cards and M-Pesa) for Kenyan hosts.
What happens after the trial?
Billing begins automatically on the plan that matches your resource count. We'll remind you before billing begins. Cancel anytime — no questions asked.
How does Airflow compare?
Most platforms charge $16-50 per listing per month. Airflow uses action-based pricing — you pay for what you process, not per property. Plus 6% direct booking commission saves thousands vs 15-20% OTA commissions. See our pricing page for a full comparison.
Security & Data
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties. Your business information stays yours.
Who can see my information?
Only you and your team members. Your Airflow account is private. We don't sell data, and our team only accesses account information when you explicitly ask for support.
Property Management
Does Airflow work with Airbnb?
Yes. Forward your Airbnb booking confirmation emails to your unique Airflow address. Guest details, dates, pricing, and fees are extracted automatically and a draft invoice is created in your accounting software (Xero, FreshBooks, Sage, QuickBooks, or Google Sheets).
Can I accept direct bookings?
Yes. Airflow gives you a direct booking page where guests can book and pay via Stripe — or Paystack (cards and M-Pesa) for East African or South African hosts. Direct bookings carry a 6% commission — compared to 15-20% on OTAs. You can also add a custom Website addon for your own branded booking site.
What currencies does Airflow support?
All values are stored in USD with automatic exchange rate conversion. Guests can book in any currency, and your accounting stays clean with consistent base currency throughout.
