Yes. Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You get every feature of your chosen plan, with 20 automated tasks to try them with; your plan's full monthly allowance starts with your first payment. A card is taken at sign-up and billing starts when your trial ends. Cancel anytime during the free period at no cost. See our pricing page for current rates.

Just an email address and a payment method. Once your account is created, our setup wizard guides you through adding your first property, importing your existing online property listings, and connecting your accounting tools. Most people are fully set up within 5 minutes.

Absolutely. Whether you manage 1 property or 50, Airflow saves you time on admin, accounting, and guest communication at any scale. The Starter plan is built for single-property owners.

Airflow recognises booking emails from Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO, Expedia, and HomeExchange — forward them to your unique Airflow address, or connect Gmail or Outlook and we'll scan for them automatically. For accounting, connect Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or FreshBooks. Payments run through Stripe, or Paystack (with M-Pesa) for Kenyan hosts, and you can export to Google Sheets or CSV. You can also accept direct bookings through your own Airflow booking page.

Yes. Each property is added as a listing within your organisation. Bookings, accounting, and guest conversations are tracked per listing but visible together in your dashboard. Each plan includes a set number of listings and you can add more at any time — see our pricing page for limits and extra-listing prices.

When a booking is processed, Airflow creates a categorised draft invoice in your accounting platform — Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, or FreshBooks — with the correct line items, taxes, and fees. You review and approve each draft. With Xero, Airflow keeps each invoice's status in step (draft, authorised, paid).

Yes. Each Airflow account supports multiple organisations, each with its own properties, financials, accounting connections, and team members. Run a lodge in one org and a guesthouse in another — completely separate books, one login.

Airflow has four plans — Free, Starter, Growth and Portfolio — each with different listing limits, team seats and a monthly allowance of automated tasks. Visit our pricing page for current rates and plan comparison.

Each paid plan includes a monthly allowance of automated tasks — for example processing a forwarded booking email, generating a report, or exporting to Google Sheets. Settings changes, calendar updates, and dashboard views never count. See our pricing page for each plan's allowance.

Yes. No long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Cancel whenever you like and retain access until the end of your current billing period.

On your Airflow booking page or embedded booking widget it depends on your plan: 5% on Free, 3% on Starter and 2% on Growth and Portfolio. Bookings from the Airflow Stay and Guest marketplace carry 15% on Free and 12% on every paid plan. Compare that to 15-20% on other booking platforms. Card processing fees are charged by Stripe or Paystack on top. Guests pay into your own Stripe account, or Paystack (cards and M-Pesa) for Kenyan hosts — Airflow never holds the money. Billing starts on the plan you chose when your 7-day trial ends. We'll remind you before billing begins. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged. See our pricing page for current rates.

Most platforms charge $16-50 per listing per month. Airflow plans include your listings, team seats and an allowance of automated tasks, and the commission on your own booking page is far below the 15-20% OTAs take. See our pricing page for a full comparison.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices and never share your data with third parties. Your business information stays yours.

Only you and your team members. Your Airflow account is private. We don't sell data, and our team only accesses account information when you explicitly ask for support.

Yes. Forward your Airbnb booking confirmation emails to your unique Airflow address. Guest details, dates, pricing, and fees are extracted automatically and a draft invoice is created in your accounting software (Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or FreshBooks). You can also export bookings to Google Sheets.

Yes. Airflow gives you a direct booking page where guests can book and pay via Stripe — or Paystack (cards and M-Pesa) for East African or South African hosts. Direct bookings carry a small commission that falls as your plan grows (see pricing) — compared to 15-20% on OTAs. Already have a website? Embed the booking widget on it and those bookings carry the same rate. You can also add a custom Website addon for your own branded booking site.

Guests can book in your chosen currency. Each booking keeps its own currency and the exchange rate is locked at booking time, so your accounting stays consistent.
