Choose one plan for your organisation based on the number of actions you need. Each plan includes a number of resources (3 on Growth, 10 on Pro, 25 on Business). Need more? Add extra resources from your portal — $9/mo each on Growth, $8 on Pro, $7 on Business — and extra team seats at $3/mo. Actions are pooled across all your resources.

Yes. You can list one property for free — it appears in the Airflow marketplace and gets its own direct-booking site, and guests pay online through your connected Stripe or Paystack account. There's no monthly fee; we simply take a 10% commission on bookings processed through the platform. Free listings don't include automations (email booking import, reports), accounting integrations, custom domains, or multiple properties — those come with a paid plan, which also drops your commission to 6%. It's the cheapest way to start: you only pay when you earn.

Our Scale tier is built for large portfolios: from $599/month with 60 resources included (then $6/mo each), 2,500 actions, all add-ons bundled, and dedicated onboarding on an annual agreement. Get in touch via the contact page and we’ll put a quote together for your portfolio — it typically works out at well under half the per-property cost of tools like Guesty or Hostaway.

Actions power automated booking operations, guest workflows, financial processing, and account activity across your organisation. Each processed operation uses one action: a forwarded booking email, a generated report, or a Google Sheets sync. Manual actions like settings changes, calendar updates, and dashboard views are always free.

Airflow never stops working. If your monthly actions run out, processing continues at your plan's overage rate. This naturally encourages upgrading — higher plans have lower overage rates and more included actions.

During early access, every new account gets 3 months completely free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout. You get full access to your plan's features from day one. Billing starts after your 3-month free period at standard pricing. Cancel anytime during the free period at no cost.

Current plans are at discounted launch pricing (the full list prices are shown struck through). If you pay yearly, your launch price is locked for your full 12-month term — the change won't touch you until renewal. Monthly subscribers keep their launch price until launch pricing officially ends, and we'll give clear notice before any change.

Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your portal. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing period.

Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel whenever you like and retain access until the end of your current billing period.
