How Airflow connects
Bookings reach you from many places: Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, agents, your own website and guests who message you directly. Airflow brings them together by reading the confirmations you already get. Forward a confirmation to your listing's Airflow address or to the Airflow WhatsApp number, or connect your inbox and Airflow picks up booking emails itself. It reads the guest, dates, price and fees and adds the booking to your calendar.
From there the booking goes where you need it: a draft invoice in your accounting software, blocked dates on your other calendars, a card payment into your own Stripe or Paystack account, and a row in your spreadsheet.
Airflow reads what your channels send you. It does not sign in to your Airbnb or Booking.com account. The full list of what you can connect, and how, is below.

Getting bookings in
Airflow reads the confirmations your channels already send you. Pick whichever route suits you; they can be used together.

Every listing has its own Airflow email address. A confirmation forwarded to it becomes a booking on your calendar.

Airflow picks up booking emails from your inbox itself, and sends your replies to guests from your own address.

Forward a booking to the Airflow WhatsApp number and it lands on your calendar. You can ask about your account in the same chat. It is for you, not for messaging guests.

Bring in the bookings you already hold from a CSV file or a Google Sheet. You see a report on every row before anything is saved.

Calendars
Calendar links keep booked dates blocked across your channels. They carry dates only, never guest names or prices.
- Calendar links out
Each listing has a link that Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo and other channels read, so dates booked in Airflow are blocked there. A second, private link shows more detail in your own calendar app.

What Airflow does not connect to
- Your Airbnb, Booking.com or Vrbo account. Airflow reads the emails and calendar links those channels give you. It does not sign in to them, change your listings or push your prices.
- Guest messages inside those channels. They stay in the channel’s own inbox.
- Zapier, webhooks or a public API. Not available.
Early marks a connection that is in the portal but has had little real use so far. If you rely on one, tell us and we will help you set it up.

How connecting works
Guided Setup
Each connection has its own setup steps in your portal. Most are a sign-in on the provider's own page and a click to approve.
Your Passwords Stay Yours
Xero, QuickBooks, Google, Microsoft and Stripe connect through their own sign-in pages, so Airflow never sees your password. You can disconnect from your portal.
One Record per Booking
Guest, dates, price, payments and invoice status sit together on each booking, whichever channel it came from.

Three steps to get connected
Choose What to Connect
Open Connections in your portal and pick what you use: email, calendars, accounting software and a payment provider.
Sign In and Approve
Sign in on the provider's own page and approve the connection. For booking emails, copy your listing's forwarding address or connect Gmail or Outlook.
Bookings Flow In
New bookings land on your calendar. Each one can become a draft invoice in your accounting software, and its dates are blocked on your other calendars.

Frequently asked questions
How do bookings from Airbnb and Booking.com get into Airflow?
Airflow reads the booking confirmations you already get from Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, agents, your own website and direct enquiries. Forward them to your listing's Airflow address or to the Airflow WhatsApp number, or connect your inbox and Airflow picks them up itself.
Will using Airflow affect my listings on other platforms?
No. Airflow reads the booking messages you forward or that arrive in your connected inbox. It makes no changes to your Airbnb, Booking.com or other platform accounts.
How does Airflow help me avoid double bookings?
Each listing has a calendar link that Airbnb, Booking.com and other channels read, so dates booked in Airflow are blocked there. Airflow reads their calendar links about once an hour, so dates booked elsewhere are blocked on your booking page. Those channels re-read your link on their own schedule, which can be several hours, so a calendar link narrows the gap but does not close it.
Do Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar sync both ways?
No. Airflow sends your bookings to the calendar you choose, and it does so when you press Sync now. To block dates from a Google or Apple calendar in Airflow, paste that calendar's link on the Bookings page.
Can I connect my accounting software?
Yes. Airflow connects to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage and FreshBooks. Each booking becomes a draft invoice for you to check and approve. Nothing is posted or filed for you.
Is there an API, Zapier or webhooks?
No. The connections on this page are the ones available.
