Turn your WordPress site into a direct bookings platform. The Airflow theme gives you a property listing site that matches your Airflow design. The booking plugin adds live widgets and shortcodes.

1. Download

Log in to your Airflow portal, go to Connections → WordPress. Download both the theme and plugin — they're pre-configured with your properties.

2. Install

Upload the theme via Appearance → Themes → Add New. Upload the plugin via Plugins → Add New. Activate both.

3. Customise

Add booking widgets to sidebars, drop shortcodes into pages, and use the property grid on your homepage. Everything stays in sync with Airflow.

Frequently asked questions

Does the booking widget update automatically?

Yes. The widget loads live data from your Airflow account. Any changes you make to availability, pricing, or bookings are reflected immediately on your WordPress site.

I added a new property — how do I update the plugin?

Download a fresh plugin from your Airflow portal and re-install it. The new property and its shortcode will be included automatically.

Do I need both the theme and the plugin?

No. The plugin works with any WordPress theme. The Airflow theme is optional — it gives you a matching design, but you can use the booking plugin alone if you prefer your existing theme.

Is there a cost?

Both the theme and plugin are included free with every Airflow plan. You only pay your standard Airflow subscription.
