Three tiers, one platform
Airflow is structured around three product tiers that match how hosting businesses grow:
Airflow Core
The foundation. Forward your booking emails, let Airflow extract the data, and sync invoices to your accounting software. This is the "set it up in five minutes" experience.
Includes:
- Email forwarding and automatic booking extraction
- Booking dashboard and guest records
- Accounting sync (Xero, QuickBooks, FreshBooks, Sage)
- Activity log and basic reporting
- Action credits for booking processing
Airflow Direct
Everything in Core, plus your own branded booking website. Accept direct bookings, collect payments, and give guests their own trip portal.
Adds:
- Custom booking website with your branding
- Direct booking checkout (Stripe, Paystack, manual)
- Guest portal for trip management and payments
- Deposit and balance payment collection
- Custom domain support
Airflow Integrated
The full platform. Connect your email, calendars, and tools. Automate guest communications. Sync availability across all channels.
Adds:
- Gmail and Outlook integration
- Google Calendar and Outlook Calendar sync
- iCal feeds for OTA availability
- Automated guest email sequences
- Team collaboration with role-based access
How credits work
Each booking that Airflow processes consumes one action credit from your plan. Credits follow a waterfall:
- Plan credits are used first (included with your monthly subscription)
- Purchased credits are used next (if you've bought additional packs)
- Overage kicks in if both are exhausted (charged at a per-action rate)
Actions that don't consume credits:
- Viewing bookings, settings, and your activity log
- Updating resource information and settings
- Using the free support chat for help and navigation
Some automated jobs do use credits — for example, generating a report, automated guest emails, or running one of the AI Flow agents (such as the Account Manager). You'll always see the action cost before it runs.
Automated guest emails (from the Guest Email Automations addon) consume one credit per send.

Extra team seats are $3/mo each. Direct Booking + Payments is included free on every plan, with a 6% commission on direct bookings (12% for marketplace bookings via STAY).
Upgrading your plan
You can upgrade at any time from the Upgrade page in your portal. When you upgrade:
- Your new plan takes effect immediately
- You're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing period
- Additional credits and features unlock instantly
- Your existing bookings and data remain unchanged
Three months free with early access
Early-access signups currently get their first 3 months free — the discount is applied automatically at checkout. During that period you have full access to all features of your chosen tier. No functionality is restricted. If you decide Airflow isn't for you, cancel before the free period ends and you won't be charged.
