See What Your Bookings Earn
The Stats page shows income, occupancy, nightly value and your forward pipeline across your listings. Reports give you the detail for any period, with a CSV to download, and can be emailed to you on a schedule.
How it works
The Stats page in your portal adds up the bookings in your account: income this year and over time, a breakdown per listing, revenue by source, what each channel costs you in fees, nightly value, occupancy, and the future bookings and projected income still to come. Figures are shown in the display currency you choose.
The Reports page has four standard reports: a bookings summary, a revenue report, a guest list and a forward pipeline. Pick a date range, run the report for your whole account or one listing, and Airflow emails it to you with a short written analysis and saves it so you can download the CSV later. Any report can run on a schedule, daily, weekly or monthly. For anything else, ask AI Flow a question about your data in plain language.
Reports cover your booking income. Your costs stay in your accounting software. If you use Xero, the Stats page can also show profit and costs, read as totals from your Xero accounts. Running a report uses automated tasks, and a scheduled report uses more than one you run yourself; see pricing.

- Why don't my Airbnb and Booking.com payouts match my invoices?A payout is what is left after fees, batching, currency conversion and adjustments, so it rarely equals one booking. Record each booking in full, with the fee on its own line, and the deposit can be explained.
