Exports Your Accountant Can Use
Export your bookings, income and fees as CSV, or as a PDF statement, for any listing and any period. With your accounting software connected, each booking is also there as a draft invoice. Airflow gives your accountant a clear starting point. It does not prepare or file your tax return.
How it works
Open your bookings list, choose a date range and a listing, and download what you see as CSV, or as a PDF statement showing each booking's gross amount, channel fees and net. The Reports page gives you a revenue report for any period, with income, payouts and exchange rates, saved with a CSV you can download again later.
With Xero, QuickBooks, Sage or FreshBooks connected, each booking is also in your books as a draft invoice, with accommodation, cleaning, channel fees and tax on separate lines. If you prefer a spreadsheet, Airflow can write your bookings to a Google Sheet in your own Drive. It is a one-way export: changes you make in the sheet are not read back.
Airflow does not record your costs, prepare tax returns or give tax advice. It gives you and your accountant the booking figures to work from. Reports and exports use automated tasks, see pricing.
