Travellers Find You While They Plan, Not After They Search
The moment booking sites miss
Every booking site works the same way. A traveller types a place and a pair of dates, a list of rooms comes back, and your place fights for a position in that list against everything else with the same dates free.
By the time that search happens, most of the trip has already been decided. Which country, which towns, how many nights in each, who is coming, roughly what it should cost. The traveller made those decisions somewhere else: in a notes app, a spreadsheet, a group chat, a string of browser tabs. Nobody sold them anything while they were deciding. They were planning.
That is the moment Airflow is built for.
Where the planning happens: Airflow Guest
Airflow Guest is where travellers put a whole trip together. Not one booking, the whole thing: the stops, the dates, the people travelling, the places they are considering and the ones they have already booked anywhere else.
A traveller on Airflow Guest is not browsing. They have a route and a calendar with gaps in it, and they are filling those gaps. When your place fits one of those gaps, it is offered to them as part of their plan: on the right dates, in the right part of the route, next to everything else they have already decided.
They can ask you about their dates directly, from inside the plan. You answer with your rate. When they confirm, the stay goes onto their trip timeline, and they pay you.
Where they browse: Airflow Stay
Airflow Stay is the directory: lodges, houses, camps and hotels that book direct, on a map. A traveller who finds you on Stay and starts planning lands on Airflow Guest with your place already on their shortlist, so the trip and your place stay together.
Stay is opening to travellers as places confirm their listings. The places that join now are the ones travellers find first.
Why this is different
| On a booking site | On Airflow |
|---|---|
| You are one result in a search | You are part of a trip being planned |
| The traveller compares you on price and position | The traveller sees you in the gap you fill |
| The platform owns the conversation | The traveller asks you, and you answer |
| Payment goes through the platform | Payment goes directly to you |
The traveller is ready to pay at the point they plan. That is the whole difference.
Getting your place in front of them
A listing is free, and most of the typing is done for you.
- Tell us the place. The name, where it is, your website if you have one, and how to reach you. It takes two minutes on the listing form.
- We build the listing. We read your website and the public information about your place and complete the listing: description, photos, rooms, rates. You check every detail before anything goes live.
- Travellers can ask you. From that point, travellers planning trips on Airflow Guest can send you availability requests. When you are ready, publish on Airflow Stay, connect card payments, and add more when you want it.
There is no commission when nobody books. When you want lower commission and more tools, a paid Airflow plan is there; see pricing.
