Two nights in the city, four at a lodge, three on the coast. A transfer between each. A tour, a dinner, a flight home. Booked across Airbnb, Booking.com, a lodge’s own email and a friend’s recommendation.
What you end up with is a scattered trip: a dozen confirmation emails, several apps, a group chat asking “what time is check-in again?”, and a spreadsheet that is out of date the moment you change anything.
Airflow Guest puts it all in one place, free.
Start a trip
Go to airflowguest.com, choose Plan a trip, and enter your email. Tell us where you are going, roughly when, and who is coming. That is enough to start.
- Invite the people travelling with you. They see the same plan and can add to it.
- Use the AI planner when you want it. It suggests a route and places that fit your dates, your group and what you care about. Where a place keeps its calendar on Airflow, the planner knows which nights are free; anywhere else, you ask the host.
- Ask hosts directly. On places listed on Airflow, you can ask about your dates from inside the plan and get the host’s own rate back.
Bring in what you have already booked
You do not have to book on Airflow for a stay to belong on your trip.
- Forward the confirmation email from the address you signed up with to
[email protected]. We read the property, the dates and the host, and put the stay on your trip timeline. It works for stays, flights, car hire, transfers and tours. If you are new, forwarding creates your account and emails you the link. - Paste it on your trips page instead, if you prefer.
- Track any booking with its reference and your email or surname, from Track any booking.
When you add a booking, we invite the host to confirm it with you on Airflow, so dates, messages and payments for that stay sit in one place too.
Everything about each stay, in its Guest Portal
Each stay booked through an Airflow host comes with its own Guest Portal: the confirmation, the balance and payments, the house manual, directions and arrival information, and extras you can add before you arrive, such as airport pick-ups, activities and meals.
One checkout for the whole trip: next on our list
Today you pay each host for their stay. We are working on a single checkout for the whole trip: once every stay is confirmed, you pay once, in your own currency, and each host is paid their share in theirs.
