Ask your portal, in plain words
Open AI Flow from any page in your portal and type what you need. A help assistant answers how-to questions without using a task. An account manager, a web designer and a market analyst handle the requests that need your own data.
One chat, four assistants
AI Flow is a chat panel that opens from the bar at the bottom of every portal page. Type what you need and Airflow sends your message to the assistant that fits, and tells you which one it chose before it answers.
Help assistant
Ask how something works: "how do I connect my calendars?" The help assistant answers with Airflow's help articles as its reference and points you to the right page in your portal. It does not see your bookings or your account, and asking it never uses a task. The same panel holds the help articles themselves, grouped by topic and searchable, if you would rather read.
Account manager
The account manager works with your own account. It sees your listings, your recent bookings, your plan and add-ons and what you have connected, so you can ask for your upcoming bookings or this month's revenue. It can also make changes for you: update a listing's description, capacity, base price or house rules, set up seasonal prices, publish a listing, add a new one, or bring the text and photos across from a website you already have. Drop a photo, a PDF or a CSV file into the chat and it can read it or file it in the right place.
Web designer
The web designer works on your Airflow website: the headline and about text, the search title and description, the accent colour, your logo and header image, and the pages themselves. It can create, update and remove pages, and rebuild the pages of an older website on your new one.
Market analyst
The market analyst only researches. It searches the web and reads public pages you point it to, such as another host's rates page, alongside your own bookings and prices. It cannot change anything in your account.
What the assistants cannot do
- They cannot create, change or cancel bookings, take payments or contact guests.
- They cannot connect your payment, accounting, email or calendar accounts. They send you to the page where you do it.
- The owner's email address, accounting settings and custom domains cannot be changed in chat.
- Account details can be changed only when the account owner asks. Adding or publishing a listing needs an owner or a manager.
- Before an assistant saves a change it shows you the change and asks you to confirm. Before it reads a website to import from, it asks you to confirm the content is yours to use.
What it uses
The help assistant never uses a task. The other three use automated tasks, counted once when a conversation with an assistant starts and not for each message. The more specialised the assistant, the more tasks a conversation uses. See pricing for the numbers.
Key benefits
Why AI Assistants matters
Ask instead of searching
Type a question in plain words from any page in your portal. How-to questions go to the help assistant and use no tasks.
Changes made for you
The account manager and web designer can update your listings, prices and website. They show you each change and ask before they save it.
Clear limits
No assistant can touch bookings, payments or guest messages, and the market analyst cannot change anything at all.
How it works
From question to answer in one chat
Open AI Flow
It is the first button in the bar at the bottom of every portal page.
Type what you need
Airflow picks the assistant that fits your message and tells you which one before it answers.
Confirm any change
When an assistant is about to change something, it shows you the change and asks you to confirm.
FAQ
Common questions about AI Assistants
Does asking for help use my tasks?
No. The help assistant and the help articles never use a task. The account manager, web designer and market analyst do. See the pricing page for how many.
Can the assistants see my bookings?
The help assistant cannot. It only explains how Airflow works. The account manager, web designer and market analyst are given your listings, recent bookings, plan and connections so they can answer about your own account.
Can an assistant change a booking or message a guest?
No. The assistants cannot create, edit or cancel bookings, take payments or contact guests. You do those yourself in your portal.
Will an assistant change things without asking?
It is set up to show you each change and ask you to confirm before it saves. Changes to account details are accepted only from the account owner, and adding or publishing a listing only from an owner or manager.
