Your Daily Operations at a Glance
Open your portal and see where things stand: current guests, upcoming arrivals, income this month and projected income for the year. With the Operations Management add-on, a guest readiness card shows which arrivals are ready and which turnovers are still open.
How it works
The dashboard is the first page you see when you sign in. Four figures sit at the top: current guests, upcoming bookings, income this month and projected income for the year. Below them, the Today tab shows the guests who are staying with you today, and the Upcoming tab shows the arrivals ahead.
If you run more than one listing, or more than one organisation, the switcher at the top filters the dashboard to the one you want.
With the Operations Management add-on, the dashboard gains a guest readiness card. It lists arrivals in the next seven days with the state of each pre-arrival checklist, recent check-outs with turnover progress and who is working on them, and any open issues reported by guests or staff. The add-on also has its own overview page with open and overdue checklists, open incidents, low stock items and a readiness status for each listing.

Can I customise what appears on my dashboard?
You can filter the dashboard by listing or organisation. The layout itself is fixed.
Does the dashboard update in real time?
It loads your current bookings when you open it. If you leave it open, refresh the page to see new bookings.
Can I see more than just today on the dashboard?
Yes. The Upcoming tab lists the arrivals ahead, and the calendar and bookings pages show any dates you want.
