Give each person their own sign-in
Invite the people you work with by email and choose what each one can do. Everyone signs in with a link sent to their own email address, so there is no password to share.
Invite by email
Open Seats & People in your portal, enter the person's email address and choose a role. Airflow emails them an invitation. They open it, ask for a sign-in link and they are in. Airflow has no passwords: each person signs in with a link sent to their own email.
An invitation stays open for 14 days. While it is pending you can resend it or cancel it. Owners and managers can send invitations.
What each role does
- Owner: full control, including billing, the plan, the team, connections and payouts. Every account has at least one owner.
- Manager: runs the day to day, with bookings, listings, messages and settings. A manager cannot manage billing, remove people or change roles.
- Staff: can view bookings and listings in the portal but not edit them. With Operations Management, staff also have their own sign-in to the team portal for tasks and checklists.
- Sender: no portal sign-in. Booking emails this person forwards to Airflow are trusted and turned into bookings.
How many people your plan includes, which roles it offers and what an extra person costs are on the pricing page.
Seats
Each person uses one seat. Airflow will not send an invitation once every seat is in use. If you move to a plan with fewer seats, the most recently added people are deactivated first, and they come back automatically when a seat becomes available. The first owner is never deactivated.
Changing and removing people
An owner can change a person's role or remove them at any time. Nobody can change their own role or remove themselves.
More than one account
One person can belong to more than one Airflow account and switch between them from the top of the portal.

FAQ
Common questions about Team Members
How do team members sign in?
With their own email address. Airflow sends a sign-in link to it. There are no passwords, so nothing is shared between people.
What happens when all my seats are used?
Airflow will not send another invitation until a seat is available. You can remove someone, add a seat or change your plan. See the pricing page for what each plan includes.
Can someone forward booking emails without having access to the portal?
Yes. Invite them as a Sender. Booking emails they forward to Airflow are trusted and turned into bookings, and they have no portal sign-in.
Can a manager see billing?
No. Billing, the plan, removing people and changing roles belong to owners.
