Your bookings in your own Google Sheet

Connect Google and Airflow writes your bookings to a spreadsheet in your own Drive, with one tab for each listing and a summary. It is a one-way export: changes you make in the sheet are not read back.

A spreadsheet Airflow keeps for you

Connect your Google account under Connections in your portal and Airflow creates a spreadsheet in your own Google Drive. It is your file: share it with your accountant or a co-host as you would any other sheet.

What is in it

  • A Summary tab with each listing, its number of bookings and their total value.
  • One tab for each listing, with one row for each booking: the guest and their email, check-in and check-out, nights and guests, the channel, and the booking status.
  • The money columns: the total and payout in the channel's currency and in your accounting currency, the exchange rate used with its date and source, the nightly rate, cleaning fee, platform fee and commission.
  • The invoice: its number and status from your accounting software, where there is one.

Bookings from other channels and bookings taken on your own booking page are both included.

When it updates

Select bookings in your Bookings list and press Send to Sheets to write them to the sheet whenever you like. On plans with a monthly task allowance, new bookings are also added automatically, about every 15 minutes, and the row of a booking deleted in Airflow is removed on the next pass. If the spreadsheet is deleted, Airflow makes a new one the next time you send to Sheets.

An export, not a second place to edit

Airflow never reads the sheet back, and the first row of every tab says so. If you change a cell, Airflow does not see it, and your change is lost the next time the tab is rewritten. To change a booking, change it in Airflow. If you want your own notes or formulas, keep them in a separate spreadsheet that reads from this one.

Tasks

Exports to Google Sheets use automated tasks. See pricing for how many and on which plans.
