Your Airflow assistant on WhatsApp
Forward a booking confirmation to Airflow on WhatsApp and it becomes a booking on your calendar. Ask about your account in the same chat. (Beta)
Forward a booking, get it logged
Forward any booking confirmation (Airbnb, Booking.com, a direct guest message) to Airflow's WhatsApp number. Airflow reads it and creates the booking with the guest, dates and price filled in. No browser, no forms.
When something's missing, we just ask (beta)
This part is in beta and still being rolled out. If a forwarded booking is incomplete, Airflow doesn't reject it. It replies: "I've got Aisha's booking at Wimbi House from 10 Sept. I still need the check-out date and total." You reply in plain language ("checkout 17 Sept, total 1800 USD"), we show you a summary, and add the booking only after you reply YES.
An assistant for you, not for your guests
Ask how something works ("how do I add a listing?") and get an answer in the chat. Once your number is linked you can also ask about your own account, such as your next booking. It is your assistant. It does not message your guests, and guests do not book through it.
Connect from your portal
From your portal, tap Connect on WhatsApp. It opens WhatsApp with a one-time code ready to send. Send it and your number is linked.
The assistant uses automated tasks, see pricing.

Nobody Should Manage a Night Cap by Hand

Which Nights Should You Give Up?
If a night cap means closing part of your year, the question is not how many nights but which ones. Rank the year by your own rate card and the answer changes by thousands.

- How do I connect Airbnb to accounting software?Airbnb connects natively to QuickBooks only. For Xero, Sage and FreshBooks, or for more than one channel, you need a bridge: three kinds exist.
- How do I manage Airbnb and direct bookings in one place?Put both in one calendar: Airbnb bookings arrive from their confirmation emails, direct bookings are taken on your own page, and calendar links block the dates each way.
- How do I get direct bookings without leaving Airbnb?Keep your Airbnb listing and add a booking page of your own beside it. Calendar links stop the two selling the same night, and each guest books where they found you.
- How do I accept payments directly from holiday-rental guests?Open a card account in your own name, take a deposit at booking and the balance before arrival, and tie every payment to its booking.
